About Me
Why work with me?
I am a professional executive coach, qualified at an advanced level, with over 25 years’ experience of leading major organisational change and successful senior leadership roles.
When working with clients, I combine my knowledge and experience of coaching with a deep and pragmatic understanding of how organisations work and the challenges that their leaders face.
As a management consultant in the transformation and change practices of EY and Capgemini, I advised and supported senior leaders to implement challenging and large-scale change within their organisations. In my subsequent corporate roles, I gained significant leadership experience as an operational leader, global executive team member (of a private equity owned business services firm), UK country head / managing director, and non-executive director.
My experience extends across a broad range of sectors including Professional & Business Services, Outsourcing, Finance, Energy, Private Equity (incl. building to a successful exit), Public and Not for Profit.
I gained my first executive coaching qualification in 2010 and have since qualified at an advanced level and gained international professional accreditation. As part of honing my practice, I undertake continuing professional development around coaching, and the psychology that underpins it, alongside regular professional coaching supervision and mentoring

I support leaders in the corporate, start-up and not for profit sectors. Alongside my work with private clients, I sit on a select number of coaching panels, focusing on FTSE 250 clients, and support The Judge Business School at Cambridge University where I coach Executive MBA Students.

Prior to my corporate career, I was commissioned as an Army Officer, serving first in the Infantry and then in UK Special Forces (R), which engrained in me the values of resilience, high-quality leadership, high performance teams, and the continual pursuit of excellence.
I have a track record of charitable work and am currently the Vice Chair of the Board, and Chair of the audit and risk committee, for a national disability charity.
In my spare time, I love being in the outdoors (many years ago, I qualified as a Mountain and Expedition Leader) and having fun with my family.
