How I Work
I can work directly with you as a private individual or through your organisation, tailoring my services to your specific needs.
I work with clients in the corporate, start-up and not for profit sectors, drawing upon my own experience of leadership and managing change in both business and charitable organisations.
One-to-One
A typical one-to-one executive coaching engagement will involve six to eight sessions of 60 – 90 minutes, spread over four to six months, but all engagements will be designed to suit what works best for you as the client.
We can work together on Zoom / Teams, and I am keen to coach in person if you are London or Cambridge based.
Organisations
When working with an organisation as sponsors of a coaching engagement, I will align with your needs and preferred approaches. This might include an initial three-way meeting with the Coachee and their Manager / Sponsor in order to align the focus and desired outcomes of the coaching. This can be followed by a midway review and concluding debrief.
Confidentiality, which I always discuss and agree at the start of an engagement, is a cornerstone of all my work with clients.
